When Can We Rehearse is a free scheduling tool for bands, choirs, and working musicians. One person proposes some times and shares one link; everyone else taps green, yellow, or red from their phone; the best times land in the organizer's inbox.

It exists because finding a rehearsal time in a group chat is somehow harder than writing the songs, and every tool that claims to fix it wants something from you first: an account, your calendar, your attention for ads, an upgrade to unlock the part that actually works.

So here is our promise, in writing. The core rehearsal flow will always be free, will never show ads, will never sell your data, and will never capture anything sensitive in the first place. Your bandmates give a name and a few taps; adding an email is their choice, only if they want to hear when the time is picked. Polls expire on their own, and every email address we hold is used only for poll links, results, and the notifications that were asked for.

That is the whole pitch. This is a small gift to the musician community: use it, pass it around, and go play.
