Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

The service

When Can We Rehearse (“WCWR”, “we”) lets you create availability polls and share them by link. By creating or answering a poll you agree to these terms. The service is free and provided as-is: we work hard to keep it up and your data intact, but we make no guarantees of availability, and features may change.

Acceptable use

Use WCWR to schedule things with people who want to hear from you. Don't use it to spam, harass, impersonate others, distribute unlawful content, probe or disrupt the service, or evade its rate limits. We may remove content or block access to protect the service and its users.

Your content

Poll names, times, and answers belong to you and your group. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the service. Polls expire 90 days after creation and are permanently deleted shortly after; the creator can close a poll at any time. To request earlier deletion, email us from the address that created the poll.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCWR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed rehearsals, double-booked gigs, or band arguments. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, which for the free service is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Meaningful changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
