Privacy Policy

From poll creators: your email address, the poll name, the proposed times, and your chosen time zone.

From respondents: the name you type (a first name or nickname is fine) and your green/yellow/red answers. You can optionally add an email to be notified when a time is chosen or new times are added; it's never required, and you can remove it by resubmitting your answers with the field cleared.

If you join a waitlist: just your email, used once to tell you when the feature you asked about is ready, then deleted from the list.

Like any website, our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP addresses, request times) for security and abuse prevention. We run no ad trackers. We count page views and anonymous usage events (like “a poll was created”) with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores no personal identifiers, and cannot follow you across sites.

Notifications: if you turn them on, Apple gives us a push token for that device, which we store alongside the polls you created so we can send you notifications about them. It identifies a device, not you, and is used for nothing else. Choose “Off” under Notifications and we delete it. Delivery goes through Apple's Push Notification service.

Calendar: adding a rehearsal to your calendar asks for write-only access, so the app can hand iOS a pre-filled event for you to confirm. We can't read your calendar, and we never see what's in it.

On the device: the app remembers the polls this device created or answered so it can show them in a list. That stays on your device and goes away when you delete the app.

The creator's email is used solely to send the poll links, the results summary, and at most one reminder per poll. A respondent's optional email is used solely for that poll's notifications: the chosen time, or a heads-up that new times were added. Names and answers are shown to the poll's creator and used to rank times. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, currently Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery), on servers in the United States. Push notifications are delivered by Apple. Polls expire 90 days after creation and are permanently deleted, along with all answers, shortly after.

The respond page uses your browser's local storage to remember your name and answers for each poll, so revisiting a poll pre-fills your previous response. That data stays on your device; clearing your browser storage removes it.

WCWR has no sign-up, no passwords, and no user profiles, so there is no account to delete: a poll is reachable only by its links, and everything attached to it is removed when the poll is. The service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Access to a poll is controlled by its links. To have a poll or a response deleted before it expires, email us: creators from the address that made the poll, respondents with the poll link and the name used. We'll act on verified requests promptly.
